On this page you will find a link to the Bounder Beacon archive in pdf format.  As an incentive for you to help us save mailing costs, the current online Beacon will only be available to those who "opt-out" of the printed, mailed version.  BOA members (only) can sign up for same-day online access using the Member Care page.  Back issues will be available to everyone.     

Although most computers already have a current version of Acrobat Reader installed, if you do not, it is a free download: Adobe Acrobat reader.

Please note that the Beacon pdf files are big (approx 2MB) and will take a long time to download if you are on a slow dial-up connection.  We recommend you right-click the link and "Save Target As" to your computer so you can see the progress of the download.  If you simply left-click, some of the later browsers will ask you if you want to open or save, but older ones default to open and the Acrobat Reader will simply sit there and wait, and wait, and wait for the load to complete.  It may appear that your computer has hung-up, so please be patient.

Also, if you would like to see the official publication of the other Bounder group over at Bounders United, here is the Bounder Sounder.  If you have a Bounder and are not a member of either BOA or BU, now is the time to join one or both.  Most of us east of the Rockies are BOA or "dual" members.  Here is a BOA application.  If you live or travel in the West, Bounders United will be your primary group.
